I don't know if you are aware, or maybe you are, but grey and gold is having a moment in the interior design world. What I like about the combo is the unexpectedness of it. Usually, until a couple of years ago, grey was usually combined with silver tones, even in clothing. But now, the contrast is so refreshing. Grey is a cool color, while the gold warms things up. I think it's a natural reaction to the grey on grey trend where sometimes, in my opinion, it got so one dimensional that it appeared very cold. Either way, this trend is
pretty! And now that brass is big as well (you can read my post about that
here if you want to see some more beautiful inspiration!), I've seen grey with brass as well. Equally as pretty!
